I personally believe nsawork is just flooding the thread to avoid members/guests seeing the true evidence I'm posting, that clearly shows that his reasons for banning myself was this lame excuse of "copy & paste", and that is why I'm attacking him on this forum.

This thread was set up to warn others to avoid these brokers while employees like himself are using their own rule of thumb against innocent members/clients for their own self gains.

Not one broker as given a genuine answer to my questions concerning these matters.

No matter how many images nsawork wants to post, it don't get away from the true fact, that he banned me from the FXOpen simply because I wouldn't be intimidate by them or the other wrongdoers anymore.

Lets start with giving you an answer to this question.

Ever since FXOpen employed people like yourself to work on their forum, innocent victims suffered at the hands of all the wrongdoers, members were forced and intimidated into making duplicate accounts and vote for one such employee to win a contest on the forum, or face being banned and losing all the earnings they had achieved over a give time, if they did not vote for him. This employee carried out his threat and banned up to ten members, once I heard about this, I did my proper job as I understood to be in the rule book and reported that employee in private, this employee did lose his job in the end, but still carried on posting in the forum and earning money while not one of this victims were ever allowed to collect their earnings. I became hated among a lot of employees for my actions, but I believe it was the right thing to do.

It is you who is flooding the Forum with same types of words and i am just giving you the answers and along with the Proofs for your own actions. Since the time you joined in the FxOpen forum the Rules were clearly defined dated 16th July 2007 and your date of joining the Forum is 23rd Sept 2008 so you knew the Rules were not allowing such content from Internet which is Illegal and still you broke them.

This is not a case of any Broker conflict - It is clear case of Personal Attack on me as a Moderator who took action based on what you did at that time.

I have worked as a Forex Forum Moderator for more than 3 yeas now and i am a total Professional. I just follow my work and this is the reason why i gained so much popularity everywhere i worked.

Again i will quote the reasons for your Ban here...

Dear ilearn2t,

I have already given you proofs about your actions in the forum.

I can only repeat them for you.

Your Illegal distribution of copyrighted content Proofs:

1. Copy paste proofs

2. Copy paste proofs

3. Copy paste proofs

4. Spamming with visitor messages of your forum

You had done the following violations:

1. Copy Paste content which is copyright.

2. Abuse the Forum Bonus system.

3. Spam with your Forum messages in Private to the other forum members
( i have no idea how much you sent as you did it privately)

4. Illegal distribution of copyrighted items - articles where copying is prohibited etc.

5. Intimidating Fellow Mods when they notice your violations.

We work in the Forum as a Team and any action we take is jointly supervised and coordinated. The same thing happen with your case when you got Ban from the FxOpen forum it was 7 Moderators at that time along with the Admin of the Forum.

It is not my own decision and instead of accepting your mistake you took every possible step to cause bad reputation for me and the company i work for.

But as the saying goes - Truth can never be hidden.

You now said it yourself - which i said in my first reply to you.

I am just quoting it again for all to see including the Admin of this forum...

To start with i would like to bring to kind attention for everyone what actually happen. Before i joined as a Moderator you were a Moderator and when you see many new Mods coming - you tried to accuse every other Mod in his work (when in fact you were also in the same probation period)

I am just giving a quote of your own statement at that time.

You created a Topic on 27th March 2012 title = Moderator Problems

You accused every other Moderator who had just joined - and instead of helping them you were fighting them over things that did not matter.

Now we work as a Team where for the betterment of the Forum - but you could not do so.

I have always done my work with Integrity and no member could complain about me or my work. Since you were not happy with the fact that i along with my fellow Mods took a decision to Ban you - you start attacking me.

Believe me i have nothing against you or anyone else, and on most occasions i have helped you with whatever you asked me.

We also have removed your Ban long time back

We have found that UWC Neeraj and nsawork are the same person. As I mentioned before, Mr Neeraj has been already dismissed due his boorish communication, both his nicknames no longer exist on our own forum (you can check this by searching these nicknames in the tab "Member List" on our forum), furthermore please keep in mind that he is no longer represents our brokerage firm on other forums. In the meantime, we decided to keep MAYZUS.Neeraj nickname on fxfred forum as our official representative nickname, however, as you can see the last action dates to 2014.04.07 due we stopped publish our market reviews and latest news.
In regard to your situation with illegally obtained a photo/snapshot could you please clarify in more details what exact photo/snapshot you are talking about?

Dear ilearn2t,

It was a communication gap on part of Mayzus as the Employees with whom i was working with are no longer with Mayzus anymore. They have changed companies so the Mayzus rep who posted in here had no idea about my work with them.

At the time when i left Mayzus i had a call from Executive Director of Mayzus - Timo Schulz thru Skype

He called me up and told that Mayzus as revised their Marketing activities due to the change in the Google spider.

And the Daily market reviews that were posted by me were same across all forums which were not been used in the rankings anymore.

And he gave me a positive appreciation letter which i am submitting for all to see.

Also i have asked Mayzus to clarify about the comments that were made about me here
