One word, GREED. They managed to pull it off for so long and are desperately trying every trick in the pack to see if it works. It will take them longer to setup another Ponzi company after shutting this one down.
Please don't forget one thing. If they want to shut down legally and claim bankruptcy, all they have to do is show major Trading losses on myFXbook which is being doctored anyway and everyone is giving them enough time to do just that. One of their cocky RM's even stated that in a meeting. So, please don't tell me that the thought hasn't crossed their mind yet.
Your only chances of recovering anything is to act now.
The approach to collecting at least the monthly profits till such time that they go down is not a viable option as there is no consistency in getting paid the profits even if we believe everyone who claims they are getting paid.
You are a bigger fool if you wait for 6 months as you are giving them more time to run away.

My friend was paid his long-pending December profits and he received it after he agreed to the restructuring. I believe Rawad refers to post-capital-restructuring profits.

Luckily, I withdrew my capital last year so my only connection with Exential are my friends who are still involved and this forum.

Pip5_leverage... I never stated I got my profit or my friends got their profit at any stage.
In fact, I am asking people to not get blinded by the promise of a payout of the profits.
Greed led me to investing with them, However, I realized a few months after I joined that their operations were not legitimate as they were so unprofessional for a company that is dealing in millions. Even a Blue chip fund on a Wall Street would not ban you from reinvesting after exiting. This is why I pulled out my investment more than a year ago. However, my greedy family members decided to stay on at their own risk and are stuck in the situation as the rest of the people.
I don't want to see anyone go through what my family is going through and that is why I am sharing my 2 cents of info with all.

Kudos to anyone who has done something against EG. My concern was only for those who are getting blinded by the fake promise of a payout from EG or fake declaration of payouts from some of their staff pretending to be investors and those who have given up and decided to wait for 6 months.

I have just filed a case with lawyers from MAD Advocates and sent a legal notice to EG with a week of notice. If they don't provide me with the investment within seven days, then the lawyers will proceed to file a civil case and eventually a criminal one. Anyone filed a case recently?

I did. 1st court hearing was standard as they did not show up. legal paperwork were checked. legal address of EG was confirmed as well. they were also notified by court officer of the next hearing date. if no show up again then I will win the case. but does it mean I will get my money? No. if no payment is made then the police will get involved and possible criminal case will be initiated.

keep faith and MAD should do a good work. on your behalf.
