Is the trend really your friend ?

That has been my motto as well. I prefer to take my profit when I have some, rather than wait too long and watch it melt away before my eyes. Greed can be a big enemy to any trader.
Yes right greedy is big enemy that come fromn own selves, sometime in trading as human nature they have emotion and if they can't control their emotion hence will leading them to making reckless decision

As a trader we have to learn on how we have to deal with our trading based emotions as they alone are going to help us become more successful traders :)

Greed and fear are normal during trading, we just need to get used to them and put them under control. The weird thing is that sometimes I've let even positive feelings like elation cloud my judgement. It sounds odd, but if you're making a good profit you can let yourself become careless out of enthusiasm, which too can have a negative effect on your decisions.

If we are greedy then we will not be able to make the most out of our trades and so we have to first learn how to do our trading with minimal amount of risks :D

Greed - another reason why people won't give up on a trend that's turned unfriendly.

We're all flawed, because we're all human, unfortunately. Sometimes it's even pride - one cannot accept that they've been wrong about a position until it's too late. It's unpleasant lesson, but often a necessary one.

Well, we just have to learn to accept dealing with loss. It seems we have a lot of lessons to learn...

I'm never wrong about a position and I hate it when the market dares to defy my perfectly placed trades!

Forex trading is a constant learning process, even when you are an experienced trader. I think that is a good thing, because it keeps one's mind sharp and alert and broadens our horizons.
