Tradesprime Scam Review - Avoid it all costs

Hello TeEarl :)
Try not to worry about it too much. How much did you deposit and how did you deposit? Was it by debit/credit card? If so, you can file a chargeback request with your bank/card provider against these scammers (under the terms: "Goods and services not provided"). However, you need evidence that the company has failed to provide the requested withdrawal - so please take screenshots to give to your bank. When did the transaction occur? Because you have a limited amount of time to submit a chargeback request. It can be anywhere from 120 - 540 days depending on your card provider.

Hi!
Yes, they mentioned about $250 bonus? Why?
But that was not added to my account yet since it is still not fully activated.
Yes they let me sign a document.
I am still about to submit one lacking document tat is why my account is still partially activated.
However, my friend already had a successful withdrawal from them.
Whats with the bonus anyway?

Exactly, too right :)
There are many negative reviews against Umarkets online and the company has never bothered to address any of them. Furthermore, I have not been lying because I have already supplied all the evidence to support what I say ===> Please see for yourself.

Many thanks in advance :)
But I have noticed that erin, i guess one of their representatives, have replied to the negative feedbacks and even offered ways to reach them. How was it?

What will I say to my bank? That i need a back charge? And then what will I prepare as evidence

Ahh i see. I just need a screenshot that proves that they failed to give the requested approval.

For the mean time, I dont see any problem with umarkets yet since my friend have had a successful withdrawl from them. I hope i would not encounter difficulty in withdrawing my money, or else I would really request my bank for a chargeback.

Thanks foe the help.
I will post updates regularly.

Well, before you go to the bank you need to answer the questions I have asked you in my previous reply so that I can help you. Did you accept any bonuses and were you asked to sign anything? - these are very important. Because these scammers can and may block these chargeback requests so we need to know what we are dealing with as you only have one chance.

This is not meant to be rude, I do want to help. However, please understand that I have put quite a bit of information (which is time consuming) up in my previous reply (only to be have much of it ignored) - which I find quite annoying.

Did you request a "withdrawal of funds"? If you have not then you must do so before you approach your bank. Because you need to prove to the bank that you have exhausted all efforts you had with the company. So please start there. Make sure you record all your phone conversations, emails, transactions, lies, withdrawal requests, skype chat, etc etc. Once you have all this together submit this to the bank and ask to initiate a chargeback request. Once this chargeback request has been initiated then keep contact with these scammers to an absolute minimum.

I would like to help you, but understand this: Everything is about give and take. If you don't give me answers to my questions (and ignore them) then I cannot help you any further. I have been through this process before and I know what I am doing.

Many thanks for your understanding.

Bybthe way, it was just a week or two since i deposited the money amounting to $500. My avvount manager traded once and got a profit of $100 a day after. Now since my account is astill partially activated, he would not continue trading unless i would be able to submit proof of residence.

The bonus is a bad sign. If you look up on their terms and agreements you will notice something troubling - If you want to withdraw your funds then you have to "trade a certain number of lots" before you can have any withdrawal. This means that your money is locked up and cannot be recovered. Some of these companies will disable the sever so that you cannot modify/close trades in profit. In doing so you will 'lose' (are make you think) all the money that was in your account. Agreeing to a bonus is always a bad move. Notice something. The vast majority of regulated, legal brokers will never offer you a bonus as defensive mechanism for your money.

You signing a document is another bad sign, because no other reliable, legal and regulated broker would ask you to do that. Why should they? You need to ask Umarkets for further information on why they asked you to sign that (and record it). What exactly was that document that they made you sign?

You friend having "a successful withdrawal" is a con or deception to get you to invest even bigger sums. They will initiate "a successful withdrawal" to make you think that this is an honest, genuine broker (when they are not). However, if you look at the experience of countless other innocent investors who have been scammed by them you'll see something worrying. These scammers will often ask you or your friend to invest again and this time with more money. Once the larger sum has been invested then it will be nearly impossible to recover your funds.

I have spent about a year with this issue and it is in its final stages. Hopefully in a couple of months things will finally end in my favour and my funds are recovered. However, I have learnt a lot from this experience and I approach everything regarding finance and money with clear eyes and a cautious/suspicious attitude ;)

But I have noticed that erin, i guess one of their representatives, have replied to the negative feedbacks and even offered ways to reach them. How was it?
You cannot trust these scammers. How do you know for sure that this person really is a representative of Umarkets? Also notice something. I have said on other threads that I will be going offline for 3 months (in June). However, erin soon commented on all the evidence and research I have posted up (saying that it was "false information") after I had said that I will temporarily stop using Forex Peace Army (FPA). Why was it that this user waited until the 26th June to post a reply instead of much earlier?

Also any genuine company representative would automatically apologise for the dreadful experience and customer service they had. However, there was no apology given whatsoever.

Apologising for bad customer service is the very backbone of what a legal, regulated broker would do.
No apology = No customer services which also = No legal authority/regulation ===> Simple :)

Instead I was criticised and told me that my information is "false". Yet, this user "erin" failed upon all account to disprove all the evidence and research I have posted/submitted. The user had failed to show evidence that their broker is regulated and doing things legally. How can you say that all this information is "false" when you cannot provide a simple disapproval? I decided not to waste my time because the fact that no apology was given displayed poor manners and a complete disregard for customer service.

If "erin" has provided some apology then could you please send me the link so view it? :)

If you go online and research Umarkets you will see many negative reviews about them. Yet Umarkets has failed to respond to those. Yet they decided to 'respond' to me. Why? Because everything I said was factual and true. However, they simply could not handle the truth ;)

Please do NOT submit "proof of residence" these scammers will use that as evidence against you to ensure that you chargeback request with the bank fails.

The account manager should NOT be trading on your account. If they are, then this means something is very wrong here. Does you account manager have access to your account? Did they ask for your password? If so, did you give it to them? If you have, then please go and change your password now.

At the end of the day consider this: This is your account and this is your money. Why should anyone be trading on your account using your money? I smell rat, because all the legal, regulated brokers that I have dealt with (e.g. XM.com and Plus500) have never acted in such a way.

What do you mean by your account being "partially activated"? Do you mean verified? E.g. you need to submit copies of your ID, card (with all the sensitive information concealed), is that right?
