Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

    More info coming soon.

Problem FortFS withdrawal problem

I am having an issue with a company
Dear GM and forum visitors,

Thank you for inviting us back to the thread.

First of all, and most importantly, we would like to once again confirm that the client’s withdrawal requests are being executed and every single one will be executed going forward. In no way GM is “stuck with 15k€” on his trading account – as always, all the funds will be withdrawn. Considering this and the fact that more than 50k (much more than the initial deposit) are already withdrawn, we think that calling this an “ongoing scam” is a huge exaggeration and, put simply, is unfair....

1) When was the last withdrawal processed? What date and what time was it processed?

2) Not sure what difference it makes how much net profit the client has made. Is there any reason why a [regulated] broker is not fully processing withdrawals within 24 hours?

3) A customer isn't supposed to jump through numerous hoops just to withdraw his own money. Or does FortFS think GM's withdrawal requests/timelines are unreasonable?

...We stress that all funds will be withdrawn and the withdrawals have NOT stopped. The most recent request is completed and the new one will be completed according to the usual procedure and Client agreement.

4) What exactly is the "usual procedure" and "client agreement" state about withdrawal processing times?

Hello, first of all sorry for late response, the thread has been unwatched(don't know why) so i don't get email for the replies.

Today my last withdraw request has been processed. Casually after this bump in the thread (thanks FPA). Of course i have opened another one.

I do just a clarification:
According to my account there are 49k deposit and 58k withdraw BUT at least 10k-15k of each are fake because as result of many Withdraw request removed from account and subsequently rejected and re-deposit on it so they count for both.

However, the question is pretty simple:
Now i have 15k on trading account. The broker told me unilaterally that i can't withdraw with Skrill or others payment systems. That they only accept withdraw request for 500$ daily (executed weekly or more as latest one) with Perfect Money. This take at least 30 weeks, and i wonder why i have to trade again with FFS? For lose money or to profit and increase the weeks needed to get my money?
With your behavior I am effectively blocked from asking you to withdraw for the next 30 weeks or more, without the slightest motivation to continue to trade.
I really don't understand this kind of behaviour after 4 years of good services.

@G.M Are you trading this same live account now? (or any accounts with FortFS)

Either voluntarily or forced by the broker as a condition of withdraw?

Of course I would recommend ceasing all trading with this "broker". Or at very least read this article.

No. As i write before, i don't have any reason to continue to trading live with any account until they unlock me others withdrawal options and conditions. These conditions has been forced to me by broker according to "blablabla" clause of client agreement.

@ Mark Miller, why does FortFS have a cap on withdrawals?

I can't withdraw more than €1.000 at once, and today I learned that I can't issue a new withdrawal on the same day that the former one has been paid out.
All in all, withdrawal is a nightmare with your company.

Please open your own scam thread against FortFS and submit evidence there:

No need for a scam thread from my side, till now they delivered.
I just wonder why it takes so much time to withdraw money, it feels like the people there have to cough it up themselves.

The conditions are not forced by some “blablabla” clauses, they are agreed upon and accepted by both client and the company in the form of Client agreement, which regulates this relationship. We are honoring our side of the agreement by withdrawing your funds according the very same set of clauses, which we ask you to follow.
The bottom line is that the withdrawals are being completed, have never stopped, and will continue to be completed in future.

Can you also selectively answer @Gertje 's questions??? Here it is again in case you missed it:

If you cannot answer this by now, you will likely continue to get scammed with each new "broker" you deposit your funds with.

For your peace of mind, I don't start with a new one every week.
I trade my main account with GlobalPrime, and a cent-account with FortFS.

There has been a change at FortFS during the last week, I managed to withdraw 3x €1.000 in the last 6 days.
Now all of my deposits are withdrawn, and I'm trading with bank-money now.
