i have no issue with withdrawal if i make withdrawal i do get my money in less than 24 hours

Try it again with at least 1/2 balance (6500 USD). I know that you are very sensitive about "fees".....but just humor me.

Have you checked the Client agreement and the mentioned part about other fees or did you contact their supports for explanations?
