Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

    More info coming soon.

shame shame

- I can't understand how these scammers are running these unchecked websites and how people fall a prey to them.

- website has no address. A genuine company will always give its postal address.
- testimonials are probably fake as someone just claimed to have played 219 winning trades using that software. That makes it at least one year old software. Someone who has used it for 1 year, would not NOW write a feedback to the company.
- reading the stuff the owner has posted on FPA website, shows the integrity and unbringing levels of him. its obvious he does not care about his reputation.
- Probably is living in a rented accomodation that he can abandon anytime if police comes into picture now.
- Is not aware of the fraud related laws and punishment involved.

Woodcrusher also is to be blamed for giving somebody 4500 euros without finding autheticity of the company. How could he pass money to a company without a postal address?

Anyhow, we must focus on getting refund to wood's and setting up a procedure to detect that this software is not sold by some other name , on some now website after getting defamed here.

You can see How stupid and unruly you are,you claimed that testimonies on their website is fake, even here in this forum, you can find few people who actualy bought their product, gave their reviews here like Darell Shaffer and others,of which proof can be shown that they are indeed clients .
So why should only one disgruntful person like woodcrusher be only one complaining, its obviouse How this Online forum like this operates, misleading statement posted here and there, deviating from original topics, show off and all that stuff.
so tell me the issue of scam here, was the product not delivered? to him,did he follow instructions? simply that they refused to refund a client for reason best known to them is scam.....use your head, you might as well be sued for disformation of character

I think a solution is very simple. Woodcrusher should give the FPA the software, they should test it and decide if it is a scam or not! That way they will know for sure if Woodcrushers claims are true or not!
Maybe he just doesnt know how to use it????
I mean If he was dumb enough to give 4500euros for a software, then who knows if he can even use a computer properly.
If there is no adress no phone number no refund policy no free trial you do not buy! a simple as that!
We all got burned, I think. I know I was scamed by Andrew de Wet aka Andrew Fields and he had good reviews on FPA. My bad review was never posted!

4500 euros

Scam that they fool peoples with expensive softwears which do not work, quiet usual this days.On the other hand peoples buying are adults and in this case (if I ve got it right) they did not promiss a refound.I think you have to look at customer rights, putting frustration feelings aside!!If you have the right to a refound just becouse you re not content with a product than it is no discution, the company is breaking the low and should be scamed.

Sad to notice any way, that they are still so many peoples out there who involve them selfs in things they do not understand.Don t do anything in life until you understand what you are doing, trading included!!!!!!

I don't like "trade system" companies at all, because success ideas is more simple than all this systems and mostly depends of execution quality. MT4 with full charts and system building you can take for testing at whcmarket.com (one of russian forex dealers) but, I THINK, it can be SCAM TOO (because there is one of the group of compamies with same products and common ownership, why??). And there you just open a mini account and use all MT4 features as long as you want.

For that case: There is NO information about testing period and moneyback guarantee on site, BUT on billing page WE CAN SEE: Duration of the subscription: unlimited / Billing period: every 12 months!!!!!!

SO, that is 4500 EVERY YEAR!

Not a fraud, but ****.

As others have already said, if any of these systems really made money long run, d'you think the developers would be selling them ?
The simple answer is not to buy any of these systems ever.
He was certainly scammed but its a case of caveat emptor and the guy should move on and learn from this experience. Thousands of others have gone before him and thousands of others will follow in the future. All we can hope is that more people will read forums like this and think twice before paying for rubbish with their hard earned cash.

Sue them

TradeOracle is registered in Switzerland.
First I would complain with Swiss authorities controlling the companies. If no result then I would sue them on the ground the soft does not do what it is set and sold for.
Switzerland is a fair country. He will surely win the case.
Swiss is not a part of Euro, but in Euro we have a 2 year obligatory guarantee for any product and that is what would be used for product return and money refund in Euro...

I think he truly was scammed. But that's a lesson for all traders. The Forex Market and other markets are not static. These markets are very dynamic in nature and should be seen and respected as such by all categories of traders. I think Greed and Fear have continued to wreck their havoc on traders' lives and accounts. Truth is you do not need a software developed by one lousy trader turned marketer with sweet tongue to lure majority of the unsuspecting into making them rich without sweat. You can do it and succeed in this market without all these scammers who come up with one one product after another each passing day to mislead young traders. I think he has just paid his tuition and I hope he learns his lessons now. And others should learn from Woodcrusher's ordeal in the hands of TradeOracle and stop the crazy chase for the "Holy Grail" System for it will never be found because it does not exist.Learn to be a trader now. I rest my case.

My opinion

Before I started trading I spent 6 months full time testing MT4 EA's, some of which I bought for testing purposes and most of which I wrote myself. Scalpers and swingers, snipers and slingers, many created on sound technical priciples that comes from quality authors.

I have come to one conclusion, every EA works on a specific set of data but none works on all data. Very true, as one of the previous posts mentioned; If anyone has an EA that works on all data he would be in no way inclined to sell it. Can't blame the software. Anyone doing proper research on this will come to the same conclusion. If it does not trade at all, sure, thats a different story. Go legal, else, consider yourself a victim of greed.
