If a company falls of the face of the earth, then it's typically up to the regulator (if any) to attempt to recover funds.

I'm personally very surprised that no one from 4xp has turned up in this thread. I thought they might have been having temporary issues, but it's starting to sound like they really may be about to disappear.

i wrote a letter to their regulators see if they can do anything about it.

because they are the one giving license to 4xp.

4xp's rep Jayden Hamilton just left a message in the review.

hes claiming that their staff on line 24/7.

ask me to send him another email via customersupport@4xp.com

i just did send him another email also left my email address in the post.

see whether hes going to give me a proper answer about whats happening to their live chat , customer service and my account manager.
