acfx.com - SCAM broker !

well, my take is that they are simply using legal terminology to mask their unwillingness to refund your money. it seems similar to another case i read on this forum. it is a bunch of rubbish. what is the bad pattern they noticed in your trading apart from the bulging balance? do not give in to any pressure. write Cysec, bombard them with emails. it is a paradox that, they were very quick to reply questions when you just joined their platform but somehow can't find your emails now you have complaints!!! they should pick your trades one by one and show how it was in breach of platform rules.
 
also post screen shots of email where you refused their bonus if you have one. i wrote my platform that i do not want any bonus and saved a screen shot of it. if you do have one post it and let them know. post it here too.
