I'm waiting for cysec , it seems they don't want to do any thing for me
we can not trust regulated broker any more , I don't know what I can do in this situation
brokers can remove your money from your account and you can not do any thing

Cysec is not the best regulator out there. Still, they are showing signs of improvement.

Don't give up on Cysec, but also don't mail bomb them. Send a followup inquiry once every 2 weeks for as long as it takes to get a reply out of them.
