My name is Damir. Trading account - 21952. From 14 November 2017, I paid for financial services of the company AltInvest in the total amount of 8 110 US dollars. I attach the bank account statements in the Annexes.
My complaint is that the company benefits from deceiving its clients and non-delivering services under the Agreement. At the moment my balance on the trading platform amounts to the sum of 8,488.85 USD. I attach screenshot of my account in the Annexes.
However, the company blocks my personal cabinet, and also in violation of the Agreement, denies me withdrawal. After numerous unsuccessful attempts, the company informed me that it lost its license and that it no longer has a right to provide financial services.

I attach correspondence with the company (in the Annexes) and its relevant translation.

Due to revocation of the company’s license and termination of agreements with payments systems on this basis, the company does not have a technical opportunity to perform urgent refunds. The company no longer has a right to carry out brokerage activities.
The company does not refuse to make a refund of initial payments to the clients with the real deposits. The company guarantees to reimburse initial investments to the exclusion of payments made earlier in the form of requested withdrawals through the Personal Cabinet.
In the period till December 31, 2017 the economic department of the company will recalculate amounts of refund and make them available for information to the clients in the form of appeal. Withdrawals will be performed manually from the insurance reserve fund.
Considering the above information, the company asks the clients to make a query to the Finance department of the company with a subject "Refund on revocation" and message "For calculation". Each client will be provided with a personal specialist, whom he or she will be able to contact.
In the response to the query in the period till December 31, 2017, the clients will receive information on the available amount for withdrawal and be able to monitor the situation with a transfer.

Informing the investors.
The Investor-Company Dispute Resolution Commission issued the following decision regarding withdrawal of funds:
- To one more time recalculate the funds of the clients held in the bank accounts of the company based on the client’s initial investments to the exclusion of operations performed by the clients during trading activity on these accounts, withdrawals or chargebacks.
- To withdraw client’s funds from their personal accounts in the company, using the company’s security deposit during the first half of 2018.
- To allow performing initial refunds starting from December 2017."
- To allow staggered payments of the clients funds in accordance with the actual capacity of the company.
- To freeze funds of the client till the full repayments of debts have been made to the clients.
- To allow using the company’s funds solely during brokerage license extension/examination.
- To guarantee full refund of the clients’ funds based on the final calculations of the Financial Department.
- To request details of the client’s bank cards, used to replenish trading accounts in the company.
- To place details of the client’s bank accounts on the refund record and perform refunds solely according to the record.
- To inform client’s about the partial or/and full refund of their money.
- To obtain from the clients confirmation of each reimbursement by means of addressing to “Refund on request”.
- To abolish all departments of the company and obligate Financial Department to settle and harmonize conditions of refund.

Based on the foregoing information, it should be concluded that ALTINVEST FINANCE LIMITED is engaged in fraud of particularly large sums of money. The company generates hundreds of thousands of dollars in proceeds from its fraudulent scheme.
