Please try to select the correct prefix when making a new thread in this folder.
Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.
Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"
Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"
Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"
Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.
More info coming soon.

I'm still trying to get a straight answer from Axi and will have to wait until boss gets back from break
Hello everyone, I am new to this forum & I would like to ask all customers of AXI for their opinion on how AXI handles customer fund withdrawal requests. I would especially like to know if anyone has had any difficulty in getting their trading account funds withdrawn from their account either just a partial withdrawal or the full amount. I am thinking of opening a new trading account at AXI but would like to get your opinion & experience in AXI's willingness to allow customers to withdraw their trading profit funds. I would like to know how customers have been treated by AXI in the past before I go ahead & open my account with AXI. I am not talking here about whether swap rates are or are not being credited to customers accounts, my question relates to whether or not I can get my trading profits out of this broker or not. Thank you for reading my question & especially for any replies I receive.
