Problem Banc de Binary Mega Scam

Hi Anne,

I'm really sorry to hear about your case and it really pisses me off to hear stories like yours. It just brings me back to the way I felt one year ago when I was being scammed by BDB. I don't know any Edward, is he one of BDB account managers?

In the last few days I was able to recover part of the money I got stolen by BDB via disputing the transactions with the bank and asking the Bank to lodge the chargebacks to Mastercard for the transactions. I got refunded US$27,000

I used a company called Phoenix Advisors Ltd from London (www.phoenixadvisorsgroup.com) who helped me claim and dispute the transactions. I wouldn't been able to do it myself, they are legit and helped me recover those funds. They do take a fee for their services though, but only if you get the funds back. They don't ask for any upfront fees. The fee is negotiated depending on the case.

Best of luck Anne. I had/have 2 issues myself (GTOption & AAoption - both crooked outfits). GTO has been resolved now with a credit card charge-back (not an easy feat to accomplish!) and an outstanding matter with AAoption in pursuing a chargeback too. These crooks seem to use the same basic scamming scripts for their "hustles" in getting people to deposit more and more funds. They represent the heartless and soulless wretches among us humans to be able to do such despicable things to those who can least afford it. Keep on their case, and keep broadcasting your story, and remember that.."what goes around-- comes around" to those who do wrong and malicious things to others!

Would like to see it happen sooner rather than later. These scums of the earth need to be given a taste of their own medicine and have done to them what they have inflicted on the rest of us, and it starts from the highest person on the totem pole all the way down ... they are a cancer on society and need to be eradicated.

You know what's so additionally despicable?! I was literally in the hospital following heart surgery (with little to no funds left) and these snakes ( Victor Donovan, David Lawrence) called me from AAoption & actually convinced me that they had real compassion for my health plight and wanted to help me. I have to admit that they are very good at CONNING, but what a pathetic attribute to be recognized for in this life. They convinced me to max out my credit card, then bail. What kind of sub-human wretch would do this to another fellow human being in need? I've finally concluded that these parasite "types" are simply not human, and more likely reptilian sub-breeds who missed out when the soul genes were being divvied up!

But don't you just love how our details are being shared around by these scums in their low life scum ponds ......... I had a guy call me yesterday, Wednesday 17th February, to try and convince me to let him "recover" the funds lost to Banc de Binary - I asked who he was and how he got my number and how he knew that Banc de Binary scammed me! He just kept trying to convince me to listen to him - said why did I listen to Banc de Binary and let them take my money when he's only really trying to help me trade legitimately on his "regulated platform" and for me to listen to him try and help me!!! He sounded so much like a broken record from the Banc de Binary spiel - he will only get a bonus if I make a profit etc BS - I just terminated the call and he didn't call back after that. Must have been their last ditch effort to get me to dump another USD$50,000 which I do not have, and which they have been trying to get me to dump into their blackhole to "recover" the USD$52,600 scammed from me, and no doubt the next condition would have been for me to call off the banks instituting the chargebacks before he can "help" me .....

Thanks Anne. I am making headway with my health, and part of my resolve is gained from not letting vermin like this take me down any further. That contact you had did surely sound like another hustle attempt. I think those types also troll these forums looking for new victims. I just hang up on them right way too, and eventually the random calls stop once they see you are onto their garbage. One good thing for you is that Banc De Binary (scam) is well established and likely won't vanish overnight like many of these fly-by-night boiler-room scams

I absolutely support Samantha. This is a forum to create awareness and stop your evil spread. If you are serious enough,
i) mention on your site in bold one simple sentence highlighted "Clients losses are our profits and Clients profits are our losses", so we will have fare business and only those interested will deposit. Absolutely clients know they shouldn't believe brokers (as their best interests is to make bankrupt).
ii.) Return all the cheated funds (i.e deposited by lies), compensate full + 20% interest charges and 20% lawyer charges and also for creating mental tensions.

I can't forget the way how you cheated me and extremely happy to have you placed in alert list (http://www.mas.gov.sg/IAL.aspx?sc_p=B). Anyone from SG, who falls in your trap in future, is easy to get credit back as SG govt accepted and officially considered you as financial fraud firm. This is same "Samantha", "NetoB" (Australia), "AnneW"(malaysia) were doing.

Its so disgusting to hear that you even target retired people, pension funds, patients etc,.

Hi all, I think that it's also time for us to collectively use social media to get back at these scums of the earth.

For Banc de Binary, I had mentioned about writing to Standard Chartered as Liverpool FC's main corporate sponsors, as well as the owner of Liverpool FC and the Banc de Binary rep at that point in time asked that I not do that just yet and to allow them the "little hope" we have in them to resolve the matter ... they have since just gone mum about everyone's complaints, so it's now terribly obvious that they are not at all serious about resolving anyone's complaints and that it's just more and more delay tactics in order that the window to complain to our banks about a chargeback pass by and that opportunity is lost to us. I therefore think that by right we all ought to create a major ruckus about it and point out to Liverpool FC about how Banc de Binary now have access to all the Liverpool FC supporters to scam as well with Liverpool FC's endorsement of them as a "partner" and notify Standard Chartered that they are tainted by association with Banc de Binary as a Liverpool FC "partner" when Standard Chartered is Liverpool FC's corporate sponsor ... please see my post at https://www.forexpeacearmy.com/community/threads/banc-de-binary-mega-scam.43677/page-8, post #78. I received another cold call this evening from some guy who sounded remarkably similar to Nick Turner, the BDB Recovery Manager, but I could be wrong as they are all starting to sound the same to me now. Can't remember his name - that's how much I wanted to listen to his spiel - from Intermark or something similar. Wants to help me "recover" my money and that their platform is "regulated", and no, they are not binary traders. When I cut him short and said I was not interested, he was upset and said I didn't understand that he was trying to help after my bad experience with Banc de Binary - and if I can speak with Banc de Binary in the first place, why won't I listen and understand what he's trying to tell me. I terminated the call.

Whether its a broker "recovery specialist" (why would a broker employing such amazingly profitable experts as claimed need a recovery specialist or recovery department?) or some outside company (which should NOT have any way to be aware of what happened), there's a name for it. Recovery Room Fraud. It's common with financial scammers to come back and try to lure the victim in again.

A couple of weeks earlier after I started emailing Tracey asking for a refund for Edward West scamming me, 2 different women called up and said that they wanted to do a survey of my experience with trading with Banc de Binary. Hung up on them too. Wonder if these are all Banc de Binary people as they would not tell me how they got my number to cold call me about my "experience" - just an "I see you have had a bad experience trading with Banc de Binary" ... and then they have the gall to get upset when you don't want to speak with them!

Tell them your time with Banc de Binary was every bit as enjoyable as suffering from a severe round of ebola. Then hang up on them.
