Resolved - beware pepperstone.com, they are not processing withdrawal .

I have been trading with them almost a year. Yes it’s true that they have higher slippage often they manipulate spread specially when your trade are is in positive position or very close to stop loss. A part off that I am having some issue with them which make me believe that it time to move away from them. And was about to wrap things up. But till 3 major issues are unsolved.

Number one: my withdrawal of 478.88 (account number 310165) was not processed yet, withdrawal was placed on 7th January 2017. It is already 15days. Last week they were keep saying that it was processed I should be getting that any time. then they came out with an excuse that my bank account number or name has issue.(note that I have received withdrawal using same account information from them earlier and last two weeks I did receive withdrawal from other broker ) later on they sent me a form and asked me to fill up it manually and after a week they said again account number or name issue . They asked me to send my bank account screen shot ….and they just disappear. Every time I speak to them over the live chat they claim their account is of work. While their website claim they provide 24 hours customer service. I see very less hope to get the money back so about to lodge a report to asic and fca .by weekend.

Issue number two : I have referred a friend using referral link and the person still have an active trading account but I have not receive any bonus which they have promised through their website . I did spoke to live chat their response was like this since I live in mainland china so I need to get in touch with Chinese support. i did send email to Chinese support they did not reply me . Until last week scream on aussie customer service and tell them about it they promised to solve it as soon as possible. After exchanging some email somehow they put the referred client account number under my ib account but I have not receive anything .so far that account has traded over 20 lot. And my reward is zero.


Issue number three: base on their customer policy they did told me that there is no charges for withdrawal. I and my referred friend was charged 40-75 rmb for each withdrawal. We did speak to them about that they denied to charge any fees when I asked to do a manual accounting and short out the issue they stop talking about that and ignore that topic.

Base on one year experience I strongly feel and believe that pepperstone.com is a scam broker and it is not recommended for any level of trader. I will highly appreciate if anyone from pepperstone officially answer and solve the issue and explain to the trader community my situation. If they are really a transparent honest loyal regulated broker.
 
quick update right after i reported to fpa, i received my withdrawal after 18 days . while 2 other issue is unsolved . today also they charge me fees for the withdrawal . i did asked them to do manual accounting . it seems they are not interested yet . i will still keep the case open and will suggest all thee trader who are having account with them to move your fund and leave as soon as possible .

i really would like to say thank you very much to FPA and all the member who did sent me message and guideline. here is quick update . yesterday they did processed my withdrawal today they are clearing off my IB issue . so far they solved my 2 issued our of three .here is the quick recap
1. withdrawal money ( solved they processed after 18 days but did charge me fees)
2. did solve the IB/rebate issue ( after 5 months)
3.withdrawal charges for my and my referred clients issue unsolved i did tell them to do manual accounting for all the withdrawal and return the fees base on historical exchange rate .
4. i did ask them(via live chat) to open support ticket demand compensation for the all the issue. and i am looking forward their reply. it will only prove that what ever happen to me it was an indecent and they will take responsibility for this kind of incident in future if they denied that it means they are just after clients money. their live chat told since they are regulated in Australia they comply with local Australian consumer law . and base on my situation yes i do believe that they should . .
