I was recommended to this broker by a software provider which I now believe are working together to defraud the public.
I was running their software on a demo account, it was looking good, but on depositing real money I started seeing RED and losses. I quickly wise up to realise it all another scam, I therefore, decided to withdraw my deposit.

I sent them all the documents requested in pdf format, yet I was told they could not download my documents therefore wont process my withdrawal request, they however told me they have verified my account later, but wont process my withdrawal request.

Please avoid the company at all costs.

Contact the fraud department at your issuing bank. Explain what has happened and discuss possibilities of a chargeback. That's one of the better methods of fighting a deposit-only broker.
