CommexTrade.com aka CommexFx.eu
aka Prime4x.com and Abdel Rahman El Omari

We the members of the Scam Investigations Committee of the Forex Peace Army have deliberated on all the evidence available to us and have reached a conclusion. It is our opinion that...

In the summer of 2010, the FPA began receiving a larger than average number of complaints against Prime4x. The complaints kept escalating. Large amounts of time and effort were spent to pry money owed to traders out of the company. The excuses and delays kept growing and growing throughout the fall. The number of broken promises and missed deadlines became too large. In December of 2010, the FPA had no choice but to place a Scam Finding against Prime4x.

Despite this, the FPA kept negotiating with Prime 4x to see if traders could be paid so the scam finding could be lifted. A case came up where a trader in China needed money for medical treatment of his mother. The FPA warned Omari that he would be morally, if not legally responsible if this trader wasn't paid. Omari didn't act and the trader's mother died. After that, the FPA asked Pharaoh to write an article calling for the destruction of Prrime4x. Not long after, Prime's website went down and the company disappeared off the web.

Scammers of this type usually come back. The FPA has been waiting. Finally, an FPA member who chose not to be identified complained to the FPA that Omari was operating Prime4x under the name CommexFx and CommexTrade. Another FPA member, Wolf, confirmed this.

Extensive research has shown many links between CommexTrade.com, .net, .org, and .info as well as CommexFx.com, .net, .org, .info and .eu to Prime4x. Omari appears to be trying to create multiple corporate entities so that one can claim to be regulated to lure in clients who then open accounts at separate corporation that has little or no regulation.

The FPA considers all of these Commex Trade and Commex Fx websites and companies to be part of the same theft of traders' funds that began with Prime 4x under Omari.

Failure to return money legitimately owed to traders is the FPA's first definition of scam. In this case, Commex, aka Prime 4x is owned by Omari and has the same accounts as Prime4x. The FPA is told that Omari now has a new round of excuses for not paying people. Changing the name of his company does not give Omari a clean start. If he did want to begin again, he should have immediately processed all withdrawals.

Under these circumstances, Omari remains a scammer. In the eyes of the FPA, he's also responsible for the death of one trader's mother. Any company run by this man is considered to be a scam by the FPA. We offer Omari and Commex the opportunity to have this scam finding lifted by meeting these requirements. First, the company must resolve all Prime4x and Commex withdrawal issues that have been brought to the attention of the FPA by email, in the forums, or in the reviews. Second, the number of complaints of withdrawal delays against Commex must drop to a reasonable number and any withdrawal delays must be for reasonable periods. All brokerages will have the occasional issue with delays in payments, but Omari's history requires that he provide a superior level of client service for an extended period. Finally, Omari must personally visit that trader in China and face whatever civil or criminal consequences there are for the death of that trader's mother.

Omari, Commex Trade, Commex Fx, and any company that Omari is involved with or subsequently becomes involved with are all hereby blacklisted by the Forex Peace Army. We urge traders not to do business with this company or with any company associated with Omari. For those who already have accounts there, we recommend that you attempt to withdraw all funds as quickly as possible. If you encounter any trouble getting a withdrawal processed within a reasonable amount of time, we recommend you file fraud complaints with the authorities.

We wish thank FPA Investigator Gerard and the FPA's AsstModerator Bill for their efforts on this case. We thank an FPA member who wishes to remain unidentified and FPA member Wolf for bringing Omari';s new name for Prime4x to the FPA's attention. We also thank FPA member F-man of 4xAngels.com and FPA member Pharaoh for doing research needed to confirm the links between Prime 4x and the Commex company and websites. We extend our regrets to all FPA members who still haven't gotten their withdrawals processed and continue to offer our condolences to that Chinese trader who lost his mother.
