Hello again,

Surely someone here participates in competitions. Does anyone have a list of active authentic competitions (demo or live) the ones where they don't cheat you? Also if you have participated in one by all means reply and tell me how it went.

The problem with 99% of forex competitions is that they are based on maximum return in as little time as possible. This encourages extremely risky trading. For each account lucky enough to make huge returns and win, countless other accounts get wiped out.

I do not participate in them as it makes no sense for a trader to do so. As Pharaoh mentioned the aim is to make the most money in a short period of time which has nothing to do with trading.

Ive been in several weekly competitions on ForexCup . There are lot size limits and order number limits , even though it does not stop participants from combining all possible open orders at the maximum lot each at one entry signal(or , random),it leans over to true trading more than other competitions.
ForexBall was the wildest where there rarely were specific traders constantly in the top 25.
