Escalating to FPA from stockpair.net

Hi FPA Team,

i have account with Stockpair.net , i opened trades for 60sec , but those trades got closed before expiry time with return 0 usd , then i discussed with stockpair customer service and also i sent them the snapshots with that shown that the trades got closed before expiry time and request them to return the money back as this is not my fault.
but they always debit and said something which is non logical as they don't need to refund my money back..
so please help me to sort this issue as this is not acceptable at all.. as this is cheating from stockpair to their client.

attached the trade details which is shown trade is closed and time still going on .!!!!

Unless you want to keep throwing your money away to make a video, stop trading. Instead, try to withdraw your remaining balance.

How can I invite them (stockpair) into this post?
I need somebody from thier stuff to respond here...

@FxMaster .., they informed me that our specialist will check those trades and will contact you...then after one day..they sent me email that all trades got closed in time .!!!!!
And they continue in debit like that...I requested that some body to call me over phone to discuss as I have evidence (screenshot) which shown clearly there is a mistake happened in your server and my trades is closed before expiry time!!.
So they closed the subject and no responses..

So any body can tell me what I have to do??

Go to live chat and share this thread`s link with them and ask them to clear the things here. If they ignore then message me here, I`ll suggest more steps to get your money back.

i already had a chat with their customer service ( online chat) .. and he said they will evaluate the matter again and will come back to me by tomorrow .. however i recorded all chat and also informed him that our chat is recorded [ snapshots taken] .. and will forward to FPA team to evaluate if the issue is not resolved as this issue is not my fault and it is stockpair mistake.. so they should be fair while dealing with customer client !!! i will update by tomorrow.

i didn't get any responses from stockpair , and it seemed they are cheater , and they don't need to return my money back.

please i want to raise this case as they are scammer and cheater.. they never listen to customer..

stockpair is scammer broker... please take care of those guys .. they need to take our money without any right.!!
