hi am from India, new to exness, am attracted exness Indian customers local online bank transfer deposit and withdrawal payment system, that's y am started as a beginner in exness.com, scam folks, scam i lost 9000 (Indian Rupees) , 1st i made a small deposit of (1,000 rs ) , Trading Account Number : 11259149 mt4 account, 1st deposit successful, see in screenshot 1 , and confirm my bank sms and bank statement proof, as cross confirmation , 2nd time another 9000 (indian rupees) , this time amount debited in my bank account, but there is no transaction history , and none of the deposit added to my trading account, dear forex traders, pure scam. scam exness , scam broker,

1st payment message : Acct XX028 debited with INR 1,000.00 on 27-May-20.Info: BIL*ONL*00199.Avbl Bal:INR 95.03.Call 18002662 for dispute or SMS BLOCK 028 to 9215676766

1st payment fine. see screenshot 1 for exness trading history and confirm my bank statment screenshot 2 too . and also see email bank statement of my transaction from bank. in screen shot 3 and 4 ( screen shot 3 for 1st transaction ) screen shot 4 for 2nd transaction.


2nd payment message : Acct XX028 debited with INR 9,000.00 on 27-May-20.Info: BIL*ONL*00199.Avbl Bal:INR 95.03.Call 18002662 for dispute or SMS BLOCK 028 to 9215676766.

2nd payment made by me through online banking , amount debited as well, but not added to my trading account and where is my transaction ? not indicated in transaction history tab as well, exness scam ... i want justice.

even back office support team , time passing no serious reaction folks, they loot my hard earned money, u will definitely punished by some other way exness.

if you deposit to a local agent instead directly to exness company bank account, it is your local agent fault. usually nothing to do with company sir, have you lodge a police report regarding this
 
International bank transfers can take up to 1 or sometimes even 2 weeks, depending on the 2 communicating banks.

no local agent bro, am using online banking , it's like skrill payment type, 1st deposit it's instant, and am feeling everything fine, but, 2nd payment gone, scam broker, be aware
 
What did Exness say?
am reported instantly , within seconds, online support team said, wait for 1 hour , after 1 hour they said , it's instant or 1 to 2 hours, after 2 hours, am again consulted now they said wait for 14 day's, even after 14 day's not refund to bank , consult online support they suggested, even, they don't forward financial department , they just saying wait.. for a while... the way of exness online support controversial. scam broker, i want justice ! i want justice,
