Investment club WinCapitan prime suspect Hannu Kailajarvi Oulu, complains in
a letter from prison to the Central Criminal Police's (later shorted as KRP(NBI))
investigation management to be with attitudinal, arbitrary and biased,
Kailajarvi also blamed the police of betraying promises and of human rights
