She has not answered. Arthur wrote the client a few times and said he would return the money, but hs gone quiet and doesnt answer clients emails

Yes, indeed be wary of them because I see their promotion email posted the benchmarks of AlgoTradeSoft Innovative EA (yes, it is an EA) and a supposed investor account that had no trades after 5th August! Very dubious indeed!
