Payments are processed and sent from our side within a maximum of 24 working hours - and this withdrawal was released from FXTM's side within the said time frame.
Please keep in mind that payment-process once sent from our side would depend on the external payment portal and is usually conducted during working hours (weekend days do not count as working hours) and we always do our best to push the external payment portal to release the funds to you as soon as possible.

If you are using the term of 24 working hours, please add in "working hours" in your withdrawal schedule. Your withdrawal schedule is written as 24 hours, no one is expecting 24 hours refer to working hours.
Also, please don't confuse everyone that electronic processor such as fasapay is instantly. It doesn't depend on them. Once you sent it, we will receive instantly. Please modify your answer when replying clients. You are just confusing everyone.
