the company is guilty but I agree with the post of doing business with shady companies, just about every book I have read and every reputable course out there tells you to do "due diligence" with the broker of your choice........seems to me there is a serious lacking of diligence on the traders part. But guilty is guilty.

Reason I think too many of us are not really interested in giving a verdict on some of the cases presented here in FPA is:
Most of the cases involve "traders" that do business with shady brokers in their very beginning.

Just deal with the well known ones around and there is hardly any problem, and if there is.....they can easily be resolved.

It's not always easy telling which brokers are shady and which ones aren't. I'd rather vote in cases and see the bad brokers exposed. Even well known brokers have been known to do some very nasty things.
