Apparently this seems to be a case where Traderush.com has not taken the plea that orscella@gmail.com has violated the accepted terms of trading style/options. Perhaps the trader may have the right to modify or alter trading styles they allow but in that case it can not be reactively applied without notice. I have voted guilty.

The terms was not changed until they blocked my account with blatant lies and false acquisition. Even their terms and conditions stayed the same till 24th March. In the first post the link to the reference didnt appear. Here i posted those reference links..

* See their T&C Page before they blocked my account on 21.03.2014 --> https://web.archive.org/web/20140317143829/http://www.traderush.com/Terms%20of%20Use - This is web archive page as on 17.03.2014

* The same proof here in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XNxpz2yjDyk
This is google cached page as on 24th Mar 2014.

* See their T&C Page as it appears now TradeRush - Terms & Conditions

It is clearly visible that they have changed the terms and conditions after they blocked my account on 21st Mar. So my cancellation percentage (as on 19.03.2014 was 12.87 (48 cancelled trades out of 373 total trades)) was well below 20%. So i have not abused the system in anyway.

But when i gave this stat, the Customer support person Jenna Morrison completely changed the topic and accused me with Chargeback. I just challenge them here to prove how someone can get a chargeback for a debit card deposit after "456 days" as they claimed which is the reason for disabling my account. This is just enough to label them a SCAM.

If at all possible, visit the bank the card is from to show them the evidence in person.

Either way, lay out a timeline. Show them when the charges were made, when Traderush claims the chargebacks were, and ask the bank to carefully check their own records to verify that the chargebacks never took place. Ask the bank for a statement confirming everything.

Once you have that proof from your bank, you can add that to a complaint at eConsumer.gov as well as with any police agency or regulator that will listen.
