I see this is the second complaint on forexpeacearmy for noafx, I was just after commenting on the other complaint that it seems they have a serious liquidity issues, I hope it is a temporary liquidity issue that is the fault.
Their website looks professional, not like many of the typical cheap bucketshop / scammer company's we typically look at, but now that two people here can not get any response in more worrying, and for this reason I will have to vote then guilty and hope they prove us wrong, but they would want to hurry up and send your money back.
