I have written him numerous emails (also from the month before with the same issue), and the thing is (and I believe that another reviewer mentioned this as well) that he is just trying to 'buy' time, so you will not cancel your subscription before the money back guarantee. He will be writing stuff like 'send me a screenshot' and after you do that he will not reply, or he will not reply to what you asked him about. The emails attached are just some examples, and as you can see he never replies to the question on why he is cheating with the amount of pips.
