Intelfx WD problem

    I've been Intelfx (www.intelfx.com) customer since June, and at September 29th i requested my first WD via wire transfer. It's written on their website that the whole process takes 3-7 days. I've been contacting them since 9th day of my WD, and all the CS said is that they already reported to the finance dept and wait another day. But it's been half a month now and still no sign of progress. I can't help but start to wonder if Intelfx is one of those many scam brokers ?

    e-Point conversion

    They also have problems with converting e-points to cash. This is the chat record I had with them:

    Me: hi, my account is xxxx. I had 3 e-point transfers 3 days ago, but still not completed yet
    can you check?

    Frank: transfer e-point take long time to process
    i also dont know how long

    Me: why? it is only internal within intelFx
    is there a policy on how long it takes?

    Me: hello? are you still there?

    Without getting any reply from Frank for a about 10minutes, I started another chat session:

    Frank: Hi, Welcome to Intel FX. What i can help you today?

    Me: hi Frank, I was talking to you but you did not answer, about e-point transfer
    is there a policy on how long it takes? can you find out from your manager?

    Me: It has been 5 minutes since I asked the question, without any reply from you. What kind of support is this? You just stay quiet when you want?

    I start to doubt whether they have any cash in their till?
