Estou na Leon há alguns meses, onde operam meu investimento com uma comissão de 0,5%. Me ofereceram um empréstimo para aumentar minha renda (which it did) com promessa de saque após pagar metade. Porém, somente após o deposit informaram que a proposta não foi autorizada pela empresa e que não poderiam liberar o saque, nem mesmo com o desconto da dívida. A alegação é que o valor está vinculado ao meu documento pessoal. Esse comportamento é esperado?

I only have the loan contract. They didn't even release a minimum withdrawal. I'm believing I was robbed. I even took out loans to honor the agreement but only I fulfilled the agreement. They asked me to access the computer and cell phone through Anydesk. Although they operate my account without my presence as well.

According to them and the contract, the company is located in the United Kingdom, different from my country. Does this complicate the situation?

If you deposited your money via credit card then contact the credit card customer care ASAP and ask them to file a chargeback.

Disgusting of an investment platform.

I wanted to withdraw some of my profit from this platform through the website and it's all a scam.

I spoke to the customer support line on December 21, 2023 to protest against this situation and they told me that the "Account" (Anne Francca..if this is not also a fake name), would contact me.... until today nothing happens.

Interestingly, today I went to check my account balance and on the same day (December 21st), for revenge, they closed my positions and I have a loss of 390 Dollars.

they don't have a customer support phone line and the "Account" only spoke to me at the time of the investment, in the meantime his phone "disappeared" or she blocked me!!

A real scam!!! Don't even try it!!!

If you are having a severe problem with a company, you should open your own thread in Financial Company Comparisons and Discussions
and give details (make sure to choose "prefix" as a problem).

Why your own thread?

1. If the person who started this thread has their issue resolved, it will be marked as resolved.

It took me a long time to suspect fraud. That's why I missed the card's deadline. They don't make video calls and they don't negotiate. If it is a serious company, they should offer a solution themselves since the mistake was theirs. The You Tube channel is only 6 months old with very few followers. But I will try to get some feedback through you. Thanks!

Anne the account manager disappeared. She has been out of sight since 16 October 2023, having tried to contact her since that date and I can't even call to her number!! Probably she blocked me!!
Cesar, I don't know who he is... but if it's from the Legal Department, all the more reason to resolve this situation in a non-litigious manner.

What reliable company does not allow its clients to make the operations (investments and withdrawals) as they wish? Presumably, operations on the site only work for deposits!!!

It was all handled by the "Chat on Line", on December 21th, 2023 and the person with whom I talked to solved literally nothing and said that I would be contacted by the "Account" and to this day...ZERO.
Curiously, on that same day (21/12) and because I rebelled, in the online chat, against the fact that I could not withdraw my profits, the opened positions in my account were closed (closed by StopOut...), which represented in a loss of the amount of 389,82 €. What a GREAT COINCIDENCE, indeed!!!
I have screenshots of my account and I have recorded the conversation with Chat on Line, which I will send to you upon your request, if needed.

The only thing I want is to get my money back which currente value is 454,46 € (389,82 €, resulting from the above mentioned losses + 64,54 €, value that correponds of my current balance).

After that I will close my account and we will all be happy, me with my money back and "them" with their conscience relieved...but please do not insult my intelligence, nor that of the other investors who have believed into this Company to invest their money and who will certainly have problems similar to those I just reported.
