We cannot choose our response. The most we can do is sometimes control the manifestations of the reaction.

sure. I agree with this quotation. stress is the response of something we choose. if we choose trading, overleveraging and get stopped out, then there's a stress
at the same time I think that stress impact can be belittled via different spiritual practices like meditation. we make wrong choices, it's okay, but the main is not to allow stress engulf us as it usually leads to bad repercussions for mental health. watch out, guys.
