Problem Paxful Scammers

Anyone having the issue of not getting paid by Paxful, I sold some Usdt last week on Monday to a user on Paxful, I did not connect my Bank to the platform so on Tuesday they contacted me to updatey bank details. They told me they will do it themselves. I gave them the bank details.
On Tuesday I sold some Usdt again again they told me the transfer is in process.
I have been looking for a transaction number since a week but they are not replying to my messages.

-> are they a regulated exchange in your country?
