Statement and communication Hotforex

Dear LoRio, Pharaoh and other FPA members and judges


I attach full statement from mt4 platform from start at September till 6 February when happened that.

In correspondence Hotforex refer to terms and conditions, that they can do anything:

According to our Terms of Business, which you have agreed:
8.1 The Customer agrees and acknowledges that the service provided by the company to the Customer hereunder is not adapted for certain trading techniques commonly known as "arbitrage trading", “picking/sniping" Snipping: the situation where the Client is prematurely buying or selling near preset prices.
In the event of the Customer employing such techniques, the Customer agrees and acknowledges that the company may at HotForex's sole discretion take one or more, or any portion of, the following actions: (i) close the Customer's account; (ii) suspend the Customer's account for an indefinite period of time; (iii) carry out an investigation on the Customer's account for an indefinite period of time; (iv) charge a penalty fee to the Customer in the same or greater amount of money that resulted from the Customer using such techniques.

also they mention that I traded at bad prices at 6 February:

For Example:
The last tick on EURUSD was at 15:49:10 and you have opened trade 113491848 at 15:49:47 by old price (37 seconds difference).

Trade 113491818 at 15:49:46 by old price (36 seconds difference).

Trade 113491782 at 15:49:45 by old price (35 seconds difference).

What can I say that I don't do arbitrage, even don't know how to do it, but news trading and scalping, I trade on prices they quote me, also I have more than hundred statements sent out from Hotforex on daily and monthly basis from September and till 5 February confirming account balance and trades, also their manager called me constantly that means they accepted the strategy...till 6 February...I understand they had server problems and they refer to 6 February trades, OK, please remove them, but what they did they removed all trades from September that not normal and against client interest

what I want is to get back money as at 5 February, when I received last normal statement in email

also I am ready to report to local regulator FKTK , I already spoken by phone with them and they are ready to deal with Cyprus regulator and waiting for my application.....

I don't want to escalate situation an resolve fast and peacefuly, I am sure Hotforex is reading this thread, I already sent them the message so I am waiting for correct response

my indian friend please understand that you issue will not be resolved with such arguments, also profitable trading needs more capital and more brokers to diversify, forex cannot be your last income source if you are not genius, sad but true, and at last, LoRio please close this thread with headline RESOLVED .

all where here to help u and i also helped u as u where crying and begging for your money now when your problem is solved due to FPA and other members who posted on your thread, even i posted on your thread so hotforex can solve it fast
