Will ForexPeaceArmy pay you if you win their Trader’s Court Case? It’s clear Tallinex doesn’t process withdrawals for quite some time already. Contacting their real-world regulator makes far more sense to me.

I'm not saying not to contact the regulator. Although I doubt the Belize regulator (or wherever they are actually located) will do anything. They went through great lengths to be offshore and used to quite boldly advertise that they would accept US residents as clients on the BabyPips Escape the CFTC thread.

People who have come to FPA have on occasion gotten some compensation from the broker where they otherwise would not have. You can see the "resolved" folder (and also resolved court case folder) to see that it is possible. Plus you can help someone else avoid the scam. Considering the price of the service, I think it is worth it.

Offshore jurisdictions also have supervisory government bodies. The more letters they receive, the more likely they will be to actively assist you. There are also cross-border legal assistance treaties between countries, so you can also contact your domestic authorities for help. You can additionally file a case with ForexPeaceArmy but it works only with brokers that care about their business reputation while Tallinex is away from this forum for already a couple of months.

Indeed of course get hold of FSA, but as single worldwide citizen consumer without any government backup ?, now when you have the US gov. jumping on any of these jurisdictions they will and must comply, for other country’s it’s not the same story, it can take years before those jurisdictions release exchange information’s if ever. (or we find them on the leaks)

Don't hold your breath. These regulatory bodies have little interest in getting involved. In fact, many of the enforcement officers look down on those who get scammed. The majority of them were investing in things they knew nothing about anyway.
