i started in march 2016 trading with this broker, and my account was blocked at october 2016,
i tryied calls, messages,mail, and there is not any anwer.last 3 weeks.
i worked 9 months constantly giving them profits, everyday.from itm trades....


i started make some withdrawal in september, and i felt something was going badly wrong with my request
i started trading this year,so... of course i lost some of my starting deposit, but....
i felt ok,and my itm trades were more constantly only in the last 3 months,

my total amount, blocked from this broker is around 6000 usd,
i need people to know.
i have all conversations in skipe , pictures, screenshots of my requests of witdrawal,mails from tradequal,
i will find the way to post all, is necessary.

mr Island, ceo, wrote me back,
after i posten on FPA,
saying that my account is on 0, it was at 5386 the day 18 october when they closed it,and i was blocked. i cannot enter in my account.since.
i gave permission to trade at Michael Cohen,
but he did not trade for more than a month his last trade was dated at 29 of august.
and september and august i did ok, but small trades.

i have all skipe conversation with michael cohen, where i never told him to trade big on my account
opposite after i had lost in august, i was wery carefull about trades,
all my trades, were not bigger than 15, 20 ,25, 30 eu
cannot delete my account of 6000. in a day-

they said they will pay back my money requested in october. (1000)

so, the Ceo, Steven Island, said , that my account manager, destroyed my account to zero.
( when ? ) ,
while i was blocked maybe,after day 16/18 october...,

i never saw any risky trade before the date,only normal trades, i mean,
never any bigger trade...made from Mike while my account was open to me

michael cohen stopped trading on my account the day 29 of august.

How did you deposit? If by credit card, contact the fraud department at the issuing bank. Ask about a chargeback.

If the bank won't help (or if you used bank wires), WinChargeback may be able to assist.
