I use cTrader to copy Strategies available via the cTrader platform. I also wanted to copy these trades to an MT4 platform using Duplikium.
Duplikium staff assured me this was possible, and on that basis I proceeded to purchase the Flexible Pack, as it was critical that I have the SL & PT orders copied as well.
Once I thought I was setup, I started wondering why no trades were being copied.
After much online chatting with various Duplikium chat staff it was finally ascertained that it is not possible to copy copied trades from cTrader.
I felt I'd been mislead and requested my account be cancelled with a full refund.
Duplikium bluntly refused.
I also requested a copy of the chat history. They also refused this, despite having a copy of the history.
Regardless of whatever their policy is, I consider this to be highly unethical conduct, given the circumstances.
It seems Duplikium are trying to cover up their errors, are not being transparent, and thus being highly UNETHICAL in their practices.
Avoid them like the plague !!
