My loss arises from your negligence... thats very interesting indeed...

I may have been trading "myself".. but you encouraged me to invest in oil and "forgot" to tell me that your trades closes automatically, which caused me to loose 3000$ in a second.

I am so happy that i recorded exactly that phone conversation, where you called me and kept persuaded me to keep putting money. You even told me to go borrow money in my bank, if i did not have anymore... And even i told you i was not capable to invest more at the moment, and i had "enough" on my account for now.

Also you told me in one conversation, that i should understand that of cause you treat people better the more money they put on the account.

You told me that i would treat people that comes in my shop better, the more money they spend. Then i told you NO, of coarse i will treat everyone the same not matter if they spend $1 or $1000 in my shop. You just laugh at me and say that was not truth.

Oh my dear i am to happy for me having these conversations... They are very important in this case...
 
Oh - and when i say "you" i mean some of all the different people calling me and communicating with me through mail (you = your company)... Dont need to mention their names every time.. i already mentioned them earlier in this tread...
 
Nice to see that UFX's response to an unhappy client is a lawsuit threat. I wonder if that will qualify the company for a customer dis-service award. :p
 
There have been very quiet since i ask for one meeting with all the people involved.

I still did not get ANY info about the address in London they claim to be calling from.

I still miss my $3000.

First they threaten me - then they ignore and waits for me to get tired of is - and just forget about the $3000.

Thats not going to happen.

Scam is not just to be "forgotten".... Especially not when a threat is to be followed BY the scammers...
 
We are a group of people gathering against UFX - big time.. So if you are sitting out there being cheated by UFX also - you just contact me.
The more the better. Of coarse one company like this shall not continue scam people like this.
Someone must do something. We are ready to do what it takes ;)
I never got my $3000 from them, and they do not intend to give it back...
I have no doubt in my mind, that a lot of others give up on them, because they are very manipulating, but.. there is sometimes.. someone.. that do NOT. Please contact me for more info.

Anybody trading with this type of broker is looking for trouble.

This is also not truth. We have been in contact with some of them, and they do not monitor UFX. So all this is only to give the customer a false security.

But anyways. As i write we are in contact, so we will take further action together with some of the above countries. This takes time, but as long as they will not give back the lost money because of negligence on their part, we continue to do what ever we can, to get to the bottom of all this mess.
