UFX Markets withdrawal

Hi,
By all chances, I have withdrawn almost all my deposits with UFX markets .
I now have an issue to close the account.
I have called several times , sent several emails, contacted online support, send two letters
One in London to the following address :
UFX Reliantco
International House,
39 Gt. Windmill St.
London W1D 7LX,
United Kingdom
The other to Cyprus at the following address :
Reliantco Investments Limited
Makarios III Avenue & Avgyriou Eftalioti Street
Zavos Business Center, 3rd Floor,
3085 Limassoll, Cyprus

Both were returned to me with the mention "return to sender".
I have recently called my account manager who was promoted country manager ; when I spoke to her, she said she does not want to proceed with my request.
She does not reply to my mails.
Could you help ?

I wrote to the financial ombudsman of FSA ; he sent me an email to ask me to write to a specific address at UFX.
I did it . They replied


"We are sorry to hear about your decision to terminate your trading account with our Company.

Kindly note that your current account balance is ( very low sum) but pursuant to Section 19.2 of our Terms and Conditions (Terms and Conditions | UFXMarkets.com) we are only able to refund to you balances above USD 50 due to applicable transfer charges.

Kindly inform us of your wish to proceed with the account closure.

I sent them an email with this exact wording ;
My reply is :
Hi,
Thank you for your email .
Please keep the current account balance and close the account.

But I wonder if it is the right legal wording.
Anyway, I have no answer from that last email sent the 25 th of october.
Should I send a snail mail to FSA ?
A new follow up to UFX ?
Shall I be more explicit with this wording ?
Please keep the current balance in your books and close my account ASAP .
