how can your account manager trade on your behalf? did you hire him via LPOA?
I am just trying to wrap my head around the idea that the account manager who works for the broker, is allowed to trade your account.

Go ahead and file a complaint to FCA How to complain - Financial Conduct Authority they are more serious

Hi all , I had a call from ufxmarkets John Andrews - explaining a big miss understanding .
The matter is resolved and I can continue with my withdrawal .
Turns out they are not scammers after all .
