NickNick's Scam Data collection site reports the BVI has issued this warning a few days ago:

Tonight, Universal-Fx.com is shut-down.
I urge the legal entities who are now surely exerting their prerogatives no not overlook Universal's companion site that remains on-line; but, is also an object of the BVI Warning:

I have got monthly statement at last week where they says they are now

I filled a complain with the Swiss police and no news from them yet.

Same for me, 1 Month ago I got the automated eMail confirmation that they will wire my money to my bank account but nothing has happened so far...
