Problem withdrawal problem with Ironfx

I got back my deposit but profits are not yet paid. I got mail from compliance that my withdrawal is processed and funds will arrive soon. Waiting to see for a week then go to ombudsman of Cysec

I got my deposit after their investigation on my account was over and I was informed by my account manager and got back the deposit say after 2 months of withdrawal request. As I had disputed the deposit with my bank for the credit card funding and in turn they did a charge back on Ironfx upsetting them but once it was withdrawn as the deposit was returned and repeated follow up on mails and chat got this reply from compliance and the account manager explained that all withdrawals are first cleared by compliance as people have been misusing their bonus system as per them not too sure how it is misused etc so now it goes back to funding and then it is released. It goes through a queue system as per them so will wait for some more time.

So you got your deposit because your bank charged back Ironfx otherwise you would not get any single cent. Queue is only a reason for not paying. 2 months and still queuing. 3months?? 4 months??

Dear Tsai

No they paid the deposit before the bank counter charged them. Due to the counter charge they were creating a fuss over the profit withdrawal. I will not leave them till I get back my profit

i complained to all the regulators before more than 2 months but nothing happen
the regulators are a big jokes especially Cysec
