    Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
    Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

Hi, Today i contact them again through live chat and this company says it will take more weeks to solve this issue. I think they don't want to pay.
 
Hi, Last Thursday on 31 OCT 2103 they promise me that with in five days i will receive my money back, today is the six day when i contact them they say it will take more weeks to complete this process. Ioption Is a very bad company full of cheaters and lairs. Please tell me what to do next because i think even after weeks this company will not pay.
 
Yes you are right i cannot trust their words, but what i do next i wait for them or file a case.
 
Tell them they have 5 business days to transfer the money to you. If they don't, file the case.
 
Hi i think this company is not going to pay my money back and decide to file case on ioption by 11 Nov 2013 Monday. Please give me your suggestion.

Don't accept any more delays. File a case now, while there's still enough of iOption left to complain to.
