I don't believe so. Not registered in Toronto which is where I started (letter from them is available).

I have received replies from the Ontario and Israeli Securities Authorities as per the attachments. This is in addition to the "Action Fraud" & "E Commerce Cross Border" acknowledgements mentioned above & now attached.
