• Please try to select the correct prefix when making a new thread in this folder.

    Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

    Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

    Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

    Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

    Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
    Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

Regarding your concern about your crypto deposit, our team has determined as a result of their investigation that the address you sent is not an address given to you by our system. Since they have no control over this address, they cannot reach the funds, so your funds have not reached us. So unfortunately there is nothing they can do to help you with the issue. In the future, they have recommended that you be very careful about using the information given by our system in order not to encounter such a problem.

They made such a statement, they act as if I sent money to a different address. I took a screenshot of the payment page before making the payment. I added it here, it seems that the address there is not different from the address on my payment page.
 
I think it sounds more like rubbish customer service and that this has been missed internally at XM.COM rather than a scam, it can be better to work with smaller brokers who take a more personalised approach. Which entity in XM.COM did you sign up with? it may be best to get in touch with the regulator if they continue to mess about with this deposit, feel free to direct message me if you need any help. I don't think its right what they have done even if it was a mistake.
whats more important than support service? its the only connection we have with the broker
