Regretfully, I have had to ban FPA member Abidada. He claimed that he had gotten $5000 of the $10,000 he was owed. He claimed that Aston Forex was blackmailing him to remove the remaining posts. He kept using the "report post" link instead of emailing the FPA, even after being warned to stop. He also kept sending message after message. He was warned more than once that sending multiple messages slowed down the FPA's ability to help him, but this did not discourage him from trying to get help faster by filling the FPA's mailbox.

I asked him for specific evidence of blackmail. He send some items that partially supported his position, but those weren't enough for the FPA to act on. As I tried to get more evidence from him, he emailed me as well as Aston Forex and one other person. That person may or may not be an Aston Forex employee or associate.

Again, I asked him for more evidence. I was discussing the issue in an FPA executive meeting. Allowing companies to blackmail traders to remove factual posts is wrong. Removing information needed by other traders to help get their problems resolved is wrong. Taking action against a company for blackmail without evidence is wrong. While I was in the meeting trying to discuss a solution that could get Abidaba his money without removing his posts, he couldn't wait. Abidaba decided that the best way to get the results he wanted was to send a new demand for removing the posts every 1 or 2 minutes. He was warned to stop and told that he was slowing down any help the FPA could give him. He continued. He was then warned that his email would be blocked. He continued.

Abidaba is now the first FPA member ever to be blocked by the FPA's email system. The FPA has the needs of all members to consider. To allow any one, member or forex company representative, to try to force the FPA to take action dictated by mailbombing is something that can not and will not happen.

Now all sides got hurt- This guy maybe won't get his money and this company got negative publicity

The people should be able to have his money, without the need to do anything strange.The thiefs should be exposed, so they can´t steal the money of other people. And we must not confuse getting negative publicity with saying the truth about scammers and thiefs.

Hola a todos, soy un afectado de la estafa de ASTON, concretamente de ASTON FOREX, tengo una cuenta con 28,000€ y me es imposible retirar fondos, la gerente de mi cuenta es Lucía Gonzalez, pero me es imposible contactar con ella.
