Hi rick.. my case is now under IO from jurong divison. Waiting for updates. Im so pissed.. are they really a scam? Anybody manage to withdraw their money from them?

I tried to submit it, I dont have SG national ID, so used my passport, but because the aureus/apac account is under my friend's name. I cannot lodge the complain.

Have you guys read the email from April Samson.. the nerve!!! even putting some blame on the person who reported to CAD..
(Look for it in your spam folder if you have not seen it yet.)

In the first place as one of the directors they are involved in running the company and making decisions in the company.
They would have checked the accounting records and financial statement of the company.
If they did not do this then what kind of Directors are they doing only administrative matters... what a lame excuse!

If they were not guilty why run back to the their home country, Singapore is one of the safest place..

She even puts the blame on the person who reported to CAD between July 16-18. What gull!!
if they only communicated with their investors properly then there would not be any complain.

Hello everyone.. Updates from the police .. Aureus is really under CAD investigation .. Advised all investors to make a written police report with all the documents and accounts so that they could look into this urgently. Thank you.

Their new company servicing address is no longer in SG. If in case we need, we have to inform Newzealand gov/police about these two directors (from Aureus Capital Pte Ltd to Asia Pacific Financial Limited ).

anyone visited SG Aureus capital office? can see any employee or staff there?

Definitely report this to NZ as well as SG. This increases the chances of action being taken.

Hi ordinary,

Their office has been empty since late June 2014. the only people there are the receptionists... The office space is a shared office space of different companies.. and the receptionists are for all of those companies.. They told me that Michael Atkins goes there once in a while for meetings..
All of the employees of aureus are now in hiding.. some went back to their home country... I think April went back to PH and Raymond is still in SG...
last I heard was Michael can not leave SG because his passport was confiscated..(hope what I heard was correct if not then say goodbye to our investment)
