Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

Problem Optionrally scam

I am having an issue with a company
If you would see my comments around here you will be surprised that in many cases I stand with the brokers.

I do appreciate the fact you are here unlike many other brokers, which I think it's a mistake to ignore this forum.

As for the accusation of trading on behalf a client- this is a very serious accusation and it will be a good idea that your CEO will contact asstmod about it to close this issue.
As far as my query on the subject and conversation with the client with me and the assigned OR acc manager goes: it was explained to the client by me as well as the acc manager under my direction that he will receive all his money one way or another - hence - if he wants to send us required documents or he wants to conduct couple trades to mark his account active and proceed immediately with the withdrawal. He chose the second and that was done with the sole intention to refund the trades in case they were unsuccessful as clear sign that OR wants to resolve the case. And that is exactly what we did. As far as I know client agreed for the trades to be conducted as a part of a dealing room where the trades are entrusted in the hands of account manager and carry over 62% of success. Anyway - the trades were totally risk free - so I do not see the further point in discussion them as the client already approached me by a PM, requested to withdraw those 400$ too and received a positive answer from me. As far as CEO contacting you is concerned - please provide me with your cel number if its in a private message or otherwise through the email address I regitered at FPA and I will be more than glad to convey your details to the CEO

"""required documents or he wants to conduct couple trades to mark his account active and proceed immediately with the withdrawal"""

Continuation of optionrally rep. SCANDAL

So, you approve withdrawal on trades not legal documents!?!! SCANDAL

You want anyone of us to believe that a client prefers loosing or gambling with $400 than providing "required documents"

Tell us, why the amount required was $400?!!!

"the trades are entrusted in the hands of account manager and carry over 62% of success" :D:D:D

$400 horribly wasted on 2 trades executed at same time and price for $200 lasting just 6 minutes shows how trustful and successful the account manager:mad: What a Great Money Management method too!!!!

Still the rep. hadn't answer why the trades weren't for the minimum $10 for even 5 trades not just 2 and $400 loss in 6 minutes!!!!!!

Reminder, optionrally at last accepted to give the client $400 after you were forced by that, while you rep. was rushing this case to be marked as resolved.

FPA members and the whole world people can go back to recent posts and check optionrally rep. consistent lies:mad:

OptionRally claims that trading was required to prove that money laundering was not happening. In all of my experience dealing with brokers, this claim is unique. I am left to wonder what would happen if a real money launderer allowed OptionRally to place some losing trades.
The explanation for the Henry Welch posts sent by email does not make complete sense.
The OP of this thread reports cancelling his permission to place trades, yet trading took place anyway.

The only good news I see is that it appears the client is being fully refunded.

Until I get a satisfactory explanation from OptionRally's CEO, the official FPA position is to recommend AGAINST placing money with OptionRally.

I agree that this was a freak case as usually people do not make numerous deposits over period of time and then without conducting a single trade asked to withdraw. Then we all know what happened with some other company not so long ago name of which I am not mentioning here but we can discuss it privately. So. Good ending is what matters as of now. Henry Welch case was exactly whet I pmed you and in case you want to receive a written testimony from him - I will personally ask him to do it as he must have realized the damage he caused - unintentiionally - but still.
Generally I want to say that I am trying to really "equalize" the things here and also on any other site wherever they occur and make sure that OptionRally will be regarded as one of the most trusted if not the most trusted brokers on the market since they are really doing everything to brand themselves as such. Any negative action that has to do with vthe name of OptionRally will be taken care of and we are doing really our best to keep the brand reputation of OptionRally where it should be - highest.
Regarding CEO contacting you - please provide me your contact details

Nothing to rush. Lets see what the days are hiding for us when and after the client receive his full money from the scam optionrally:mad:

Hello my freinds,
While i am still waiting the $400, there is something i thing its important to mentioned here.
Firstly, optionrallysupport gave me 2 options one of them is to trade couple time and then get money, other option is to send to me documents to sign it so i can get my money without trades.
For sure i told him I want my money without trading so choised the option that let me get my money without trades. He was so friendly and told me its Ok i will prepare the docs to send them to you ASAP.
Couple days later, i received a call from Ziad nassir saying that " I am the manager of Dubai branch and i am the one who have the authority to take any action with your case" i trusted him because is calling on behalf optionrallysupport "as he said"
By the way i agreed to make that duel because this man with his job position told me i have to

Regards,
