And i have already escalated the matter with the MAYZUS about his false accusations.

He already reach the Mayzus Support chats many times asking to remove me(nsawork) as a Moderator with these same things and then she did not provide any proofs after which they told me about it.

I have all the Proofs with Pictures which i will be giving and also MAYZUS response will come soon.

Regarding FXOPEN the matter was already raised in here and she could not give any proofs of what she said to the FXOPEN.

2. Who are employees of FXOpen? Please, note that almost all of the moderators are not the employees of the company, e.g. you were as a moderator of FXOpen forum. Were you an employee of FXOpen? Did you have the employment contract?
3. What is the fake forum money?
4. What is the employee’s real account?
5. Which one company of FXOpen Group was mentioned in the issue? As we mentioned before, the FXOpen Forum (hereinafter – the Forum) is designed to help the Customers of FXOpen Group of Companies (hereinafter – FXOpen) including FXOpen NZ Limited share their ideas and information with each other.
6. Who, when, how transferred money from one FXOpen account to another account along with the proofs?

As I mentioned before, Mr Neeraj has been already dismissed due his boorish communication, both his nicknames no longer exist on our own forum (you can check this by searching these nicknames in the tab "Member List" on our forum), furthermore please keep in mind that he is no longer represents our brokerage firm on other forums.

I can only repeat that Mr Neeraj has been already dismissed, Essence, UWC Neeraj, nsawork, all passwords for these accounts have been reseted, therefore Mr Neeraj is no longer has access to them.

Or has this broker (mayzus.com) through their representatives at this forum, tried to simple trick all the members/guests into believing they had nothing to do with the serious crimes you where involved in while working (or still working ) for them.

In the LiteForex Forum i choose to leave myself as they did not give me any Salary just the posting Bonus was 10 cents more which was not worth the work done by me.

The message was send to myself from a senior member of that support forum, I removed the "genuine" members details from the image for their own safety, but I can show the full image in private to the admin of this forum for "genuineness" and to prove it came from a senior member of that forum.

It is just that now since she is banned - she wants to take a Revenge for it and use any method that sees fit.

You first warned other members to avoid trading with FXOpen on the 17/Nov/2011 (5 months before you became a paid employee of the same firm) you posted your reply to my question on 20/Dec/2012 a full 8 months after you became their (FXOpen) employee.

I'm sure your masters at both brokers are glad they picked you can come to this forum, Specially when you can't even tell the truth about your lies.

Like I keep saying: Don't post anything until you're sure your friends will cover up your lies, because you're not doing a good job of it yourself.

Now any "genuine" employee from one or the other brokers (or even both) like to discuss the ongoing crimes against their clients. ;

Or do we have to agree with Pharaoh message

Thanks for your reply concerning my earlier e-mail send to your support@mayzus.com I look forward to your legal team's investigation next week, into serious crimes committed by members of your staff, but I will continue to send daily warning about the dangers of investing in your company, to my 1000's of friends + 100's of groups on the social network, until you can "genuinely" prove you's as a broker took no part in any cover up to hide the truth about the wrongdoers within your company.

I don't think I started in this folder, but I am reporting mass scams and serious crimes being committed against 100's of clients from both brokers FXOpen.com & Mayzus.com (was UwcFx.com, United World Capital) so maybe my thread does belong in this folder.

Please feel free to join in the discussion on this subject, and hopefully the genuine staff from within the two brokerage firms will come along and we can all decide who are the real losers in this case, the thousands of dollars scammed from clients or the wrongdoers within the brokerage firm/s.

Hello Everyone

FXOpen continued to allow its employees to blackmail and intimidate clients/members while the wrongdoers continued all kinds of tricks and scams for their own self gains.

This was made quite clear when an employee forced members/clients from his own region, to open multiple accounts on their support forum and vote for him, so he would win a shear of money in a "contest". All clients/members who refused his blackmail threats were banned from the support forum and all their earnings were frozen.

Even when an employee openly bragged about blackmailing members from the "babypips" forum to register under his account at FXOpen, the Development Director of the brokerage firm (FXOpen) refused to take any action to stop him.

But then again when you have an employee (nsawork ) who goes round publicly warning others not to join his own employers brokerage firm, and he himself blackens my reputation simply for privately reporting him under the instructions of a senior member, what else can you expect from a broker like FXOpen.

I only work as a Moderator and they have just limited access to the Forum which is supervised by the Admin of the Forum.

Apart from that a Moderator can not do anything.

For what you say please give the PROOFS.

Screenshots of what you say along with the details.

Also please note that Moderators are not Employee, and they cannot and do not have any access to the company and can just work on the Forum.

Hello Everyone

After contacting a senior member of FXOpen brokerage firm about the blackmail used by waheedpcc, (Dangerous) I was advised to go through the proper channels and privately report waheedpcc, (Dangerous) only to become a victim of his intimidation threats in public shortly before he himself give me my first "life ban".

This ban was overturned after contacting another senior member of the brokerage firm, but once again waheedpcc, (Dangerous) got away with his disgraceful actions, and continued cheating members/clients out of money with the full backing of FXOpen brokerage firm.

As a Moderator if he puts a Ban there is a reason and so was with your case. It is not that your Ban was not reported and all the Mods have agreed what what you have been doing - ATTACK MODS for PERSONAL GAINS

When you cannot win a Contest you accuse that it is the fault of a Moderator.

Simply saying this just not mean anything and please give evidence about it.

When you tried to divert Forum traffic to your forum by placing a LINK in your signature to your Forum which w as not allowed - you got Angry.

We will not Ban any member without any reason.

So it w as clear that in your case you had done Multiple Violations:

1. Copy Paste

2. Diverting Forum Traffic to your own forum.

3. Trying to Win the Contest by Illegal means

4. Attacking Moderators for not doing what you said.

5. Using the Moderator power for Personal Gains.

6. Giving your own money to other members in return for a favor.

7. Intimidating Fellow Moderators.

8. Posting content from Internet on the Forum for getting Posting Bonus by Unfair means = Bonus Hunting.

9. Bring down reputation of the Forum.

10. Say FALSE things here at FPA just because you got Banned.

I started this thread to educate "newbies" about the dangers involved when joining forex brokers like FXOpen & Mayzus because of unethical behavior of their employees, its not the first time a thread has posted warnings like this ( Iron Fx | Caution Advised | Broker Reviews | Forex Peace Army ) in the hope that others might read and judge before deciding to invest with a "said" broker.

Despite the fact that all the brokers above have had a long enough time in this forum to reply and address these claims made against them, only Mayzus.com have recently come forward and attempted to explain about the unprofessional approach of their employees, sadly the member (Mayzus.rep) seems to have become a victim of their scams while trying to investigate my claims about them (wrongdoers).

I've witness 100's of clients/members being intimidated & scammed by the employees of FXOpen, with the full knowledge of the senior bosses of this firm, and nothing has ever been done to prevent it from continuing.

Having give up with "FXO" I opened an account with (Mayzus) in the full knowledge of knowing one of their employees also worked for "FXO" and it didn't take me long to find out that some of this brokers (Mayzus) employees also used the same tricks to intimidated & scam their clients out of their earnings.

I know there is 100's if not 1000's of investors out there who have fallen victim to brokers like these and never reported them because the amount is to small, one reason these brokers seem to get away with doing it, I suppose.

I give away $100's helping to give "newbies" a start in this business, only to see most of them have it taken away by these wrongdoers, so if this thread saves only one client from becoming part of their scams again then I'll be happy.

Nothing else, how is that possible - that you just say only one-thing again using different words.

I see that you are the only one who is making up this story, where is the evidence about what you say.

Now coming back to the Mayzus and Fxopen both of them are having Excellent support for their clients.

If any one has any problem they always contact their support and get answers.

I will PROVE here that you have Lied just for your own personal Motives.
