Dear John Jones,
Your post appears to contain a number of factual errors; I therefore feel that it is unlikely that you are a former employee of our firm. As the forum members know frequently Forex brokers disguise themselves and target those that are exposing their scams.
It is true that Giambrone only refers to TIRN as a successful case; however, if you had actually worked for us in the past, you would certainly be aware that we have successfully recovered in excess of $4.2m for investors in 2015 alone, and have targeted more than 60 fraudulent Forex brokers and MLM companies.
Also, had you have worked for a law firm you would of course be aware that we are unable name on a public forum all companies against whom we are still successfully negotiating and settling (genuine) claims on behalf of our clients, as the vast majority of settlement terms are covered by confidentiality and non-disclosure clauses. If anyone is interested to find out more about our track record and/or has any specific enquiry against a broker, they are more than welcome to contact us:
london@giambronelaw.com.
You state that "people have left to set up their own firm", the reality is that our International Forex Department has grown from three to nine full time members of staff, who are based between our offices in Tunis (for the Arabic speaking clients), Milan and London (for the international investors based worldwide). We can provide legal assistance and representation in several foreign languages including Spanish, French, Arabic, German, Italian, Portuguese and Cantonese, which is - again - a unique feature in the forex arena. As with all firms members of staff come and go; whatever their next step is a matter for them not Giambrone. If they choose to set up "their own firm", we can only wish them all the best. Giambrone most certainly does not fear competition; in fact it is good news for the forum users or the investors, as more competition gives a better choice of legal representation to everyone.
Our
track record speaks for itself:
- One of the leading International Forex Legal Teams which specialises exclusively in forex trading and MLM litigation
- $4.2m recovered for investors in 2015
- We are currently working in conjunction with various regulatory authorities in the US (SEC and CFTC), the UK (FCA), Cyprus (Cysec) and Israel
- We currently represent more than 3000 clients from all over the world
- The majority of our clients have instructed us to advise them in respect of potential claims against: FINANZASFOREX, TELEXFREE, IVORY OPTION, IROX FX, TITAN TRADE, LBINARY, NRG BINARY, AVA FX / AVA TRADE, FXGM, 4PLACE, SYSTYS, LUX FINANCE, UNETENET, FINECO, LIBERTAGIA, MATADORFX, ONETHOR, BANC DE BINARY
- We have filed over 400 Petition Forms with Analytics, a remission administrator working for the US Department of Justice, on behalf of victims of the EMG/FinanzasForex investment fraud in more than 60 countries
- By Monday 26 September 2016, our lawyers are expected to complete the filing of almost 2000 proof of claim forms with the Claims Agent for victims of the alleged TelexFree pyramid and Ponzi scheme
- Giambrone is currently representing investors from all over the world in similar claims against the banks involved in the forex manipulation scandal and we are advising a group of institutional investors into claims of manipulation of foreign exchange rates in the forex market
- We are in the process of considering complaints made by investors against a EEA Authorised and Cysec-regulated forex trader, Banc de Binary, a Cypriot and Israeli investment firm trading in binary options on assets including foreign exchange
As to our experience on this field, we are routinely interviewed by leading newspapers globally as the leading experts in the fields of Forex and Binary Options; these are just of the few examples of our firm being featured in the media globally in the last few months:
- Giambrone Law follows trail back to Israel, discovers names and personal information of alleged executives - Times of Israel
- Thousands to sue Israeli ‘scam’ investment companies through London law firm - The Jewish Chronicle
- Gabriele Giambrone interviewed bythe Sunday Times in England: "The week I tried binary options trading — and lost almost £10,000"
- Forex Magnates: "Exclusive: Two Law Firms to Start Class Action Against LBinary and NRGbinary. Giambrone Law is representing close to 70 clients who lost over €4.3 million"
- Recent Awards: Best Full Service Law Firm of the Year | Finance Monthly Awards 2016, Best Law Firm of the Year | Litigation & Alternative Dispute Resolution | M&A Today, Cross Border Litigation Law Firm of the Year 2014| Global Law Experts
As it is not appropriate to engage in a heated exchange of accusations on a public forum, we would simply recommend that anyone with queries or concerns about our International Forex Department can contact us confidentially by email:
london@giambronelaw.com (or
tunis@giambronelaw.com if the preferred language is Arabic)
Rest assured that our lawyers will always be available to have a preliminary chat to discuss your own case.
