I got also one problem with binary tilt scamers. In June 2017 I payed 250 € on binary tilt account (debit card), after long discussion with their aggressive guys on phone.
In the same day, I started to reach them all necessary documents, to get my account verified. After their heard, that I want to get my money back, it took few weeks to get my account verified, to enable me to ask for withdrawal. (I didn´t get any bonus, I didn´t invest any €).
Anyway, on 06.07.2017 I finally have been able to proceed my withdrawal on my account officialy. Binarytilt support team (I am not sure, if it´s only one person, but I already received answers from different names, but the same support@binarytilt.com) informed me about processing time 7-10 days.
Today (21.07.2017) is the day 11, but nothing happened yet. On my binary tilt account is my request still pending.
Do you guys know, what to do as next?
Since beginning of my requests, I am sending them emails on info@, support@, compliance@, every day but since I proceed withdrawal, no response. After 10 days of their processing time I will now start to send them my emails more intensely.
