Hello there,
Can we have an update on this issue, please?
Usgfx refuses to answer to their scam and their representative Warrick Palmer has not read or answered any mail or messages since 26 december.
Please try to select the correct prefix when making a new thread in this folder.
Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.
Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"
Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"
Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"
Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.
More info coming soon.

Hello to all members of FPA,
Thank you all for your comments.

We have done a thorough investigation and also explained to you the whole situation. The client's account stopped out because of insufficient margin level resulting from the monthly profit sharing payment performed in his account. As explained, the monthly payment is agreed in the signed LPOA by the client. And we cannot emphasize more that it is the trader's own responsibility to monitor their margin level.
We are sorry to see that you are still unsatisfied with this explanation and would like to involve ASIC in this dispute. We will disclose all the details and liaise with ASIC as always.
And this will be the last time we reply to this thread. It is USGFX’s responsibility to keep specific trading activities of individuals confidentially, which is why we are never active in forums and usually avoid commenting publically. We will continue to abide to that rule.
If you have any questions or comment, we welcome you to e-mail directly to us at service@usgfx.com.
Thank you all for your patience
