Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.More info coming soon.

Do u think,everybody thinks wayward like you. undoubtably you and your cronies have already made up your minds as in labeling tradeoracle scam.As such
any vote in advantage of tradeoracle is something else.
We are in a free world where everybody thinks for himself,so you can not force your opinion on people......(Nothing is good or bad, thinking make`s it so)
unfortunately many of you don`t know the definition of scam as such.
undeniably,people have use this quorum to vote their view about this saga.

The FPA tries to stand firmly against scam. Now, we have become the victims of scam. We left this poll open to guests so that we could get the maximum amount of votes from our subscribers. It seems that a handful of people decided to vote many times. The site administrator dug through the logs and found that 1 IP address voted 399 times, another voted 127 times, another one voted 74 times, and a fourth one voted 59 times. Our worst offender also voted several dozen times from other IPs in the same Class C block.
The IP address for Trader12 of TradeOracle voted 9 times.
There were a handful of multiple Yes votes from single IPs, but well over 90% of the duplicate votes were from people voting No.
Under the circumstances, the administrators are now stripping out ALL guest votes. Guests have been blocked from voting in this section of the forums. You will have to be logged into an FPA user account in order to vote. We will be watching for any sudden spikes in new accounts who register only to vote.
No matter what your opinion is, we urge you to vote, but only once!
The IP address for Trader12 of TradeOracle voted 9 times.

Can you substantiate what you are saying? its imposible to vote many times from a single IP since the system recognise every IP Visit.......you just have to know that we are not interested in votes here. its even better for us when we get less users using our software,We make a living trading it than marketing it.we don`t survive on kickbacks from brokers,like your organisation Do. through Weblinks and monetizing your Website
this is not the first time you come around with biased claim,like u always do.
e.g you emphasized.. Woodcrusher says that he did look around the website for the TradeOracle phone number and could not find it. Further, he says when he did contact Tradeoracle about the missing contact phone number, he was told the website had been hacked, somehow removing the number.........
when the number has always been there, and you know of that.
Now i know that you are taking side,you have proved it countless times. you have now rigged the votes to compromise peoples opinion,as such you are coming up with one flimzy excuss to disqualify the votes......infact to hell with you and your organisation

Felix freely admits to being an IB for MB Trading. You are incorrect when you claim that MB Trading gets 5 stars every time. There are positive and negative reviews. The current average rating for MB Trading is 3.535, not the 5.0 that you claim.
We thought multiple guest votes from one computer could not happen. After some testing, we determined that navigating away from the FPA website, clearing the cache, deleting cookies, and restarting the browser would allow a computer to vote again as a guest. Obviously, you figured it out before we did, since there were 8 extra votes from your computer besides the one placed under your username.
We never did see your evidence that Woodcrusher hacked your site. He told us that you claimed to him that the number was damaged during hacking of your website. We don't monitor your website, so only have your word that he hacked the site and his word that you told him the number was removed by a hacker.
This was a very divisive issue in the committee, which is why you got a poll and a last chance to state your case instead of a scam finding. We notice that you now have a lot of time to post here, but always took an excessive amount of time to reply during the investigation due to vacation and being busy.
You should be grateful that we are still providing you with a forum and another chance to prove your case to our membership.

Agreed, Trader12 please use your time to present your facts rather than complain about the process and also please provide woodcrusher with a refund to show you are a legitimate business that backs up the advertising claims.

Based on this advertisement of exact/precision trade signals and the other TO user's testimony above of how the software works great as a really nice 'indicator' for experienced traders like himself. Try risk free, etc. It seems to me that woodcrusher should receive a refund based on the advertisement and the product not what he was expecting according to the advertisement.
This is the idea most of us have without more evidence presented by TO on what the refund policy is, why woodcrusher is being denied, what the risk free trial entails. what does the software purchase/license agreement say?
